KANGAR - A body of a newborn was found in a men's toilet of a mosque here this morning.
Kangar District police chief Superintendent Abdul Rahman Mohd Noordin said the body of the baby girl was discovered at 7am by a man.
When met at the scene, Abdul Rahman said the baby's umbilical cord ...
